Our duplex chalet, launched 3 years ago in its 35 m² plus 17 m² version, offers a wide range of configurations and corresponds to the greatest number of people. Building on this success with this family chalet, we wanted to pursue the concept further and reinvented the concept of the chalet for 2 or 3 people with in-depth reflection, with new codes, the current market does not offer an original and cocooning model for stays as a couple or with a young child. We are pleased to present the MINI DUPLEX

Full options are required and this goes as far as the Jacuzzi integrated into the terraces and giving fabulous development prospects.

This results in rented rentals 25 to 30% more expensive, because yes the chalet is rented more expensive with reservations very early in the season, due to the shortage of this type of accommodation.

With or without building permit

for a wooden chalet?

​

With an individual, a chalet is subject to common construction rights:

  •   If the construction is installed for a period of less than 3 months, it is exempt from any formality

  •   If the construction is installed for a period of more than 3 months and its Gross Work Area (SH OB) is less than 20 m2, a simple declaration is sufficient.

  • On the other hand, if its surface is greater than 20 m2, a building permit is required.
