With an individual, a chalet is subject to common construction rights:
If the construction is installed for a period of less than 3 months, it is exempt from any formality
If the construction is installed for a period of more than 3 months and its Gross Work Area (SH OB) is less than 20 m2, a simple declaration is sufficient.
On the other hand, if its surface is greater than 20 m2, a building permit is required.
